Join a growing international mining software consultancy business and lead a team in their London office.

My client has been established for over a decade with offices in South Africa, Canada and Australia and within the last 12 months has expended their network into the Uk. They are growing the team and looking for individuals to assist them with their growth.

This is an opportunity to join a relatively new team, brining your wealth of knowledge and experience and utilising your skills to maximise business growth and develop what will be your own business unit.

Accountabilities will include but not be limited to – 

• Acting as Principal Mining Consultant and providing expert advice to client and internal stakeholders.
• Providing mentoring and coaching to junior members of RPM’s Australian Consulting team.
• Assisting in the development of business opportunities through leverage of industry contacts.
• Continually build and strengthen relationships with existing clients to assist with customer satisfaction and maintain long term relationships.

To be eligible for this opportunity you must –

• Be eligible to work in the Uk 
• Mine planning experience
• Have at least 10 – 15 years’ experience in Mining Engineering together with exposure in ideally both underground and open pit mining. 
• Operational experience is essential 
• Consultancy experience preferred but candidates without consultancy experience will be considered. You should also have strong software skills.
