A producer of phosphates and potash is in search for a Production Supervisor.
The Production Supervisor will provide safe and effective direction of mine production crew activities on the respective shift; Ensure employee safety through compliance with all safety and mine regulations as well as company policy & regulations; Develop and lead a crew comprised of production and maintenance personnel to achieve planned objectives by utilizing available resources to attain optimum prod., quality and cost objectives; and develop goals and objectives with crew consistent with overall effectiveness and efficiency of the operation.
The ideal candidate will have a HS Diploma/GED; valid Underground Supervisory certificate, First Aid, CPR; and 10 Yrs. U/G Exp., Miner Op exp., working knowledge of all production equipment.
