The Supervisor I Operations position coordinates the day-to-day operations of the department assigned.
Responsible for processes and improvements, problem solving and make sure all production and quality standards are me.
In this positions you will have to; Monitor daily production and quality parameters, Recommends process improvements, Involvement in safety initiatives, Customer quality visits and related team involvement, Ensures safety and environmental compliance of area, Manages projects as assigned, Maintains/updates information in the Management System, Supervises hourly employees, conducts training as required and provides employee feedback as needed.
