Selection criteria:
• Demonstrated recognition of safety as a value
• Proven ability to take responsibility for outcomes
• Degree qualifications in Mining Engineering or relevant discipline
• Competent in mine planning, scheduling and design for Underground Coal Mines
• 5 years or more of relevant mining experience
• Sound judgment, decision-making and problem-solving
• Effective time management & planning skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
