Responsibilities:
•Responsible for all business with the assigned customers
•Development of strategic plans for the account (Account planning) to expand business with the customer
•Long-term, cross-functional relationship building within customer’s organization to enable implementation of account business strategy
•Deep understanding of the customer and their business to facilitate value development
•Driving strategy within the account and making sure the strategy is being delivered
•Acting as a channel for distribution of customer information to relevant parts of the organization and on the other hand decided information towards the customer’s organization
•Management of a multi-functional and (multi)national team (Account Team) without line management responsibilities
•Has the authority to address customer concerns throughout the organization
Requirements:
•Education: University degree
•Experience: minimum 10 years account management experience, in related field
•Ability to work individually and also in a team environment; good communication skills are a must
•Fluent in English (speaking and written)
•Travel as required
