Area Production Manager

A global lime and aggregate company are seeking an Area Production Manager for their operations in Turkey. You will be responsible for the manufacturing processes and delivery of and annual budgets for the sites under your supervision. The subsequent plant and quarry managers will report into you.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring production of scheduled quantities are delivered at cost and quality
- Monitoring health, safety and the environment standards are compliant with local and federal government legislation
- Preparing, monitoring and maintaining the budget
- Performing analysis of CAPEX investments and staff KPIs
- Recruiting, training and supporting employees
- Maintaining contact with the union representatives
You will have:
- Relevant degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 10 year’s professional experience in production
- Working understanding of and experience in a heavy industrial environment
- Technical and process related knowledge
- Proven team leadership abilities
