Asset Reliability Superintendent

We are recruiting for an international Copper Mine Operator who is opening two new Greenfield site, open pit copper mines in Kazakhstan. They are seeking an Asset Reliability Superintendent to develop, implement and lead asset reliability techniques for all fixed plant equipment and process systems in a challenging environment.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 15 years maintenance experience with a minimum preference of 5 years at the Superintendent level
• Have a proven background driving equipment reliability programs and systems
• Extensive knowledge of Maintenance processes, practices and statutory requirements.
• Significant experience with the maintenance of large fixed plant equipment and systems
• Strong financial acumen, including the ability to read and analyze financial and operational reports
• Experience with CMMS software systems such as Ellipse, Oracle or SAP
• Management and utilization of SQL databases and data analysis and interpretation
Your key duties will include:
• Develop, implement and lead asset reliability techniques for all fixed plant equipment and process systems
• Support the development of a predictive and preventative maintenance culture reflecting use of technology, monitoring, data analysis and RCFA
• Implement equipment monitoring to include vibration, thermography, UT and Tribology
• Define, implement and promote systems and standards that maximize equipment effectiveness and availability
• Lead maintenance practices that will focus on reaching operational excellence, and enhance maintenance capabilities to deliver improved equipment reliability, decreasing repair and maintenance costs.
• Provide consultation and support to the facility as a Subject Matter Expert in the areas of mechanical integrity compliance and equipment reliability
• Developing short and long term strategic objectives and tactical goals for proactive mechanical and electrical integrity programs for the facility
• Review high-risk maintenance tasks and support oversight and training to minimize risk and failure potential
Compensation
The company offers a very competitive NET salary with a generous remuneration package. After the initial residential period, the rotation is 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off.
