Primary Duties Include:

  • Prepare and update Monthly Reporting requirements, journal entries and schedules
  • Prepare Saskatchewan PST Return
  • Prepare Flow-Through Reports
  • Prepare various quarterly working papers
  • Administer contract management systems
  • Review credit card expense reports
  • Review A/R and A/P batches
  • Prepare bi-weekly payroll
  • Assist in other accounting duties as requested
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Accounting Diploma or relevant industry related experience
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ of professional experience with accounting principles and practices
  • Comprehensive working experience  with AccPac or similar accounting software
  • High working efficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Proven experience in accounting, reporting and administrative skills
  • Ability to organize and analyze information quickly and effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to work overtime to meet deadlines in a timely manner or when required
  • Ability to problem solve and multi-task
