Due to continued success and phenomenal growth Pursuit People Solutions have a fantastic opportunity for a CEO Mining Executive with an outstanding reputable ASX listed Company with phenomenal growth.  We require a candidate with strong ability and specialist experience that has the hunger and drive to grow this listed company. With a minimum of 8-10 years Mineral Processing experience, base metals experience with people management background at a corporate commercial level.  This is a new challenge with this true employer of choice that meets and exceeds all expectations; they really take exploration to another level.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation of monthly consolidated (IFRS) financial statements and quarterly reports including analysis for public filing
• Leadership and modelling of project team, contractors and construction workforce
• Development of scope of work plans incorporating stakeholders and technical functions.
• Talent Management
• Reporting directly to stakeholders with progress reports
• Business development and improvement – Fund raising Capacity
• Preparation annual budgets
• Establish KPI reports for the board and senior management team
• Implementation of internal controls
• Work closely with external auditors during year-end audit
• Prepare reports, information, and presentations for the Board of Directors and attend meetings as required
• Responsible for overseeing all Treasury and Banking functions of the Company and any subsidiaries
• Maintain consolidated cash forecast model
• Ensure appropriate internal accounting, policies and procedures and financial  controls are in place company wide
• Assist senior management team on all M&A and review all project related activities
• Supervise and mentor

Requirements:

• Mandarin fluently would be an advantage
• Mining industry experience is required; base mentals experience
• Mineral processing
• Strong financial reporting and compliance experience
• Must have experience with a publicly traded company, ideally with international operations
