Chief Executive Officer (Management & Executives)

The Mining Recruitment Group Ltd is a boutique executive search firm focused exclusively on the unique requirements of the mining industry.

We are currently accepting applications on behalf of our client for the position of Chief Executive Officer. The Company, a +$40m market cap Canadian focused development staged gold co is focused on advancing their flagship project towards a production.

With the Market now turning they are looking to add a seasoned CEO to the team that can breathe some fresh life into the story, raise money and steward the project towards a production decision.

2016 is set to be an active one as they are undertaking to have a full feasibility study completed on the project and to continue to make headways on the EIS and permitting fronts, leading up to a production decision by year end.  With this in mind, they are wanting to strengthen their management team by bringing on an accomplished executive to help lead them through this critical juncture.

We are seeking a CEO with a proven track record at the helm of a company that has successfully transitioned through development, construction and into full scale production, bringing with them a significant market following and the ability to finance a high-quality project.

The role will be based out of our Client’s head office in Toronto and preference will be given to those that have successfully served atop a prominent Canadian focused gold producer.
