Aerotek is currently seeking an experienced individual for an Entry level Mine Engineer position. The hiring company is a precious metals and mining company located near Winnemucca, Nevada.
As a Mine Engineer, responsibilities will include but are not limited to, provide engineering technical support to mine operations including mine design and mine planning, using Vulcan software to maximize planning and production, monitoring and evaluating performance and planning and implementing extraction systems.
Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years experience working in surface mining operations. Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
This is a full-time, direct placement opportunity.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is $65,000-$75,000 annually depending on experience. This position offers benefits which include: medical, dental, optical and optional 401k.
