The Role:

Working a residential, family friendly roster (5:2), the successful candidate will assist the Mine Technical Services Team conduct near mine exploration activities on and around Kalgoorlie's famous Golden Mile.

Essential requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Geology.
• Three years' experience in near mine exploration (preferably underground gold).
• Experienced in underground diamond drilling program design and execution.
• Knowledgeable in scheduling diamond drilling programs with mine planning teams.
• Core logging and associated data management skills.
• Proficiency with industry standard software (Vulcan and Leapfrog preferred).
• Exposure to surface diamond drilling activities (preferred).
• Developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• National Police Clearance (valid within last 3 months).
• Current Unencumbered Western Australian "C" Class Drivers Licence.
