Our client, a is building a Copper-Cobalt-Zinc mine in Mexico and requires a General Manager of Maintenance for the process side of this operation.

This role will be on a FIFO basis, schedule to be determined.

This operation consists of both underground and surface mining operations, a 10,000-tpd Cu/Co/Zn leach, 2400-tpd acid plant, generators, 300-tpd SO2 plant, 100-CM hr R/O plant, seawater system, Cu SX/EW, Co SX/EW and Zn SX/EW.  It is a complex plant that cost about $1.8 Billion to build.  The maintenance budget is $30M per year.

Experience: 

Electrical /Mechanical or similar Engineering Degree

15-20+ years of experience in a comparable operation

Spanish language capability is a plus
