South Kalgoorlie Operations (SKO) freehold and mining tenement holdings of 1,900 square kilometres, are located within highly endowed real estate spanning from Coolgardie across to the historical mining towns of Celebration and Trojan. Over 4M oz to date have been produced from these holders, with historical production from New Celebration and Jubilee plants. SKO is a unique mining centre with over 20 open pit opportunities, various underground convertible resources, current Toll Treatment arrangements, freehold tenure as well as Mining Joint Ventures with local mining houses.  

Reporting to the Senior Mine Geologist, the positions responsibilities and accountabilities include but are not limited to:

• Core logging and associated data management, validation and quality control
• Geological mapping, sampling and associated data management
• Promote a safe, healthy and productive work environment

Qualifications, Education & Experience required:

• Tertiary qualification in Geology
• Relevant geological experience
• Strong computer literacy skills
• National police clearance
• C class drivers license
