Health and Safety Manager, Surface Mining and over 10 years of experience, in Nevada.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Strong leadership and coaching skills. Personally lead investigations of major incident and the follow up efforts. H&S training for employees and managers. Lead and coordinate Emergency Response Program.
-Responsible of the development & implementation of World Class Safety and Health policies, procedures, hazard, assessment and corrective action to minimize risk, loss and accidents.
-Work together with the senior management team to improve reduction in employee near miss, first aid and more serious injuries.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor's degree in mining or business related field.
-Over 10-12 years of experience
-Surface Mining experience
