French speaking Human Resources Ops Manager (Management & Executives)

For our client – an international Mining Operator in Canada (Quebec) – we are looking for:

French speaking Human Resources Ops Manager

You will be responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction focusing on human resources management, employee relations, employee learning and development ensuring that at the operational HR level best HR practice is implemented. You will coordinate employee performance management processes and support VP HR in ensuring that targets for resources, capital management, cost control, safe working and employee development are achieved.

You will be a seasoned Human Resources Professional with a minimum of 10 years in the mining industry and at least 5 years at the managerial level.

French language skills are a must.

Please note this is a residential role in Quebec.
