Our client, a current leader in the Australian mining industry, has several long term employment opportunities available for experienced HV Electricians (Electric Drive Trucks) at 1 of their premium open cut coal operations in Queensland's Bowen Basin.
There is a current requirement for 2 x experienced HV Electricians to join their dynamic maintenance team. In this role you will be an influential member with a primary focus on preventative maintenance and breakdown repair across a fleet of electric trucks (AC drive).
To be considered for these roles you must possess the following skills/ attributes:
- A current “A” grade Electrical license
- Previous experience working on electric drive dump trucks – Komatsu, Liebherr or Hitachi experience will be considered
- Standard 11 Generic Coal Induction
- Coal Board Medical
- High Voltage Switching & Maintenance
- Strong commitment to safety & communication skills
