Journeyman Electrician (Maintenance) (Maintenance & Trades)

The incumbent will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment and machinery while adhering to safety standards and lock-out procedures in a large 24-hour per day mining operation.   While working in a safe and efficient manner, the incumbent will execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs for electrical systems as well as participate in failure analysis.  

Requirements

• Must have an Electrician Certification
• Interprovincial Red Seal however will consider 3^rd year apprentice candidates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision making skills.
