Our client is a well established consulting company involved in the mining industry.
A newly created position has arisen for a Junior Accountant to work with their accounting team.
The successful candidate will be focused on a variety of interesting junior accounting duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank liaison, assisting with payroll for various clients, liaison with various client’s auditors regarding clerical accounting issues, assisting with HST/GST tax return preparation and other duties as assigned. You must be very comfortable using Quick Books software in order to be considered for this position.
Candidates must have at least one year of previous accounting experience.
