A Maintenance Foreman is required for an underground gold mine in Saudi Arabia. Candidates are welcomed from a mechanical, or electrical, trade background and must have a minimum 10 years of experience in dealing with the maintenance of mobile equipment on a trackless mining operation.
An understanding of preventive maintenance and maintenance scheduling is essential along with a general understanding of the life of individual components, such as tyres, gears etc, in order to ensure that spares are ordered in a timely fashion.
