A limestone company is in search for a Maintenance Supervisor.
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for management of facility maintenance and equipment reliability. Manages strategic and tactical maintenance efforts for the plant; provides recommendations to management in the preparation of the budget and industrial plan, direct supervision of mechanical and electrical maintenance, including safe work practices, problem troubleshooting, timely completion of all mechanical maintenance tasks and coordination of training needs. Ensures maximum equipment availability through cost-effective and innovative resources. Ensures ancillary equipment in the facility is available to support manufacturing operations; develops, leads and implements activities within operations to meet manufacturing goals, quality requirements, and cost objectives in concert with the organization’s strategic and annual operating plans.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Minimum of 7 years related experience with increasing responsibility in the manufacturing environment; and Industry background in manufacturing related to mining, stone processing, cement plants, etc. preferred.
