Mill Maintenance Crusher Foreman
Reporting to the Mill Maintenance General Foreman, the Crusher Foreman will be responsible
for the direct supervision of the millwrights, welders, and pipefitters as well as co‐ordinating
mill maintenance on a daily basis in a safe and efficient manner.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERENCES
Candidates will have 3‐5 years supervisory experience in mineral processing environment, along
with a Millwright trade qualification. The candidate will have excellent leadership, interpersonal
and communication skills, experience with conveyors, Symons 7 Foot Cone Crusher, 4265 Gyro
Crusher, single and triple deck screens, strong mechanical maintenance technical abilities and
good trouble shooting skills. An attractive salary package, including relocation, will be
negotiated with the successful candidate.
