A gold mining company is in search for a Mill Operations Supervisor.
The Mill Operations Shift Supervisor will supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of mill operators to achieve production objectives in a safe and cost-effective manner. Areas of responsibility will include grinding, floatation, thickening, leaching, reagents, filtration, and agglomeration.
The ideal candidate will have a Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience involving process operations (i.e. milling/crushing and gold ore processing) is required. The candidate will demonstrate a thorough operating knowledge of mineral processing unit operations. Knowledge of grinding, flotation, thickening, reagents, filtration, and agglomeration is helpful.
