Rubicon Minerals Corporation is now recruiting experienced personnel for the Phoenix Gold Project in Red Lake, Ontario.

Rubicon Minerals Corporation is a well-funded, advanced-stage gold development company. The Company is focused on responsible and environmentally sustainable development of its Phoenix Gold Project in Red Lake, Ontario.

We are looking for seasoned professionals whose first priority is to ensure the safety of workers, who will control costs and bring best-practices to this exciting new gold mine.

Mill Operators 2014-068

  • Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in gold processing plants, and familiarity with SAG and Ball Mill grinding, CIL, Cyanide destruction, elution and refining.
  • Ontario Mill Common Core qualifications are required.
  •  Successful candidates will promote the Rubicon Minerals Health and Safety Program in its entirety, including Drug and Alcohol Program, Environmental Program, and the Emergency Response Plan.
  • He/she will operate, inspect and monitor various circuits within the process plant.
  • He/she will be responsible for keeping a clean work area and for communicating effectively with other operators in order to maintain or exceed established production expectations.
  • Candidates should be prepared to work a 4 day on/4 day off schedule.
