AngloGold Ashanti (Colorado) Corp., a surface gold mining operation located between Victor, and Cripple Creek, Colorado; 40 miles west of Colorado Springs, has immediate openings for Millwrights.
RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES:
Troubleshoot, repair and rebuild Gyratory and Cone Crushers, Ball Mill, Rod Mill and associated equipment. Replace and align Gear Reducers and Motors. Replace Conveyor idlers, pulleys, and Conveyor belts. Troubleshoot, repair and rebuild pumps. Various types of welding, fabrication and repair of fixed plant equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants should have three years prior experience working on and maintaining rock crushers, milling equipment, conveyors, apron feeders, and hydraulic systems, as well as experience with various types of pumps, welding and pipefitting. Successful applicant must provide own tools and be willing to work extended hours including callouts and night shifts as needed. A tool allowance is provided to fill tool gaps. Successful applicant must be able to maintain safe and adequate work surroundings as well as ensuring environmental compliance.
Compensation
