A mineral company in Ontario is in search for a Mining Coordinator.
The Mining Coordinator will be responsible for the supervision of supervisors and unionized production and maintenance personnel within a 7/24 work schedule, identifying and resolving problems, prioritizing and planning work activities, inspiring and motivating others to perform well, and communicating with all levels of the organization in a cooperative and professional manner, health and safety of all personnel in his/her charge as well as support and contractor personnel.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years mining experience, Minimum 3 year’s supervisory experience, Supervisory Common Core, past experience as a Mine Supervisor and Post- secondary education or related job experience.
