Our client is a mid-sized American mining company with a stable history and current acquisitions in place and plans for more. With some new expansion coming online, they are currently seeking experienced MINE MECHANIC'S to join their team at their mine in the Northwestern US. This is a permanent role on a rotating shift roster with the option of additional overtime.
To be suitable for this role you must have:
- 4+ yrs. experience working in an industrial field – mining is preferred
- Experience working with hydraulics, belts, ore load-out equipment
- Ability to read and understand diagrams, drawings
- Experience working with both preventative and reactive maintenance
- Experience working with mobile equipment
- Strong work ethic and an excellent safety record
- Ability to pass a drug and background check
- US Residency
