Our client is producer and exporter of Iron ore through two mining operations in Australia. They are currently seeking a Mining Engineer with solid short term planning and contract management experience to join them. This position will be based residentially in Whyalla, South Australia.
The successful applicant will ideally possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering
- 3-5 years operation experience in an open cut environment, preferably iron ore
- Solid short term planning experience
- Sound knowledge of Surpac would be advantageous.
- Remuneration for this role will be dependent on experience.
Relocation will be offered to those candidates not currently based in Whyalla.
