Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mining, Civil), Business, or equivalent experience required
2+ years experience in aggregate operations with understanding of mineral processing equipment such as crushers, screens, conveyors, and associated mobile equipment
Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a mining environment
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficient on PC to include MS Office suite; Aggflow or other similar a plus
Experience with pit design/exploration, drilling, blasting, and related preferred
Ability to work flexible schedule as required; including nights and weekends
Bilingual Spanish a plus
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise operational activities which may include pit and/or plant production (secondary processing plant), plant maintenance, and mobile equipment in the Texas plant
Responsible for training and development of team, scheduling, performance management, and effective leadership of hourly workforce
Successfully implement the Company's safety and environmental processes
Successfully lead and manage to established production, safety, and environmental objectives and metrics
Other duties as assigned
