Aerotek is currently seeking experienced individuals for several Mobile Mechanic positions. The hiring company is a leading mining company located near Winnemucca, Nevada.
As a Mobile Mechanic, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, repairing and maintaining heavy mining equipment such as shovels, loaders, graders, dozers, haul trucks using hand tools, power tools and other diagnostic equipment, field-testing equipment to evaluate performance, and welding and cutting as needed.
Applicants must have 3-10 years experience working as a Mobile Mechanic. Strong candidates will have a thorough understanding of A/C and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairing.
Compensation
This is a 6 month contract-to-hire position. Compensation for this position is $26-30 per hour depending on experience as well as $55 a day per diem. This position offers benefits which includes medical, dental, optical, and optional 401k.
