Office Manager (Administration)

Job Description:

Answer incoming calls, greet all visitors and handle mail;

executive assistant to CEO, CFO and COO; expense reports, travel bookings, calendar appointments, letter drafting, minutes for weekly meetings, binding, photocopying, faxing, filing, assist accounting with any filing and file making;

responsible for petty cash disbursement, reporting and replenishment; schedule and support board and other executive meetings;

disseminate press releases to Canadian Newswire services;

prepare corporate presentations;

update the company website;

liaise with the building management regarding any office maintenance and security;

telecommunications upgrade;

office renovations; purchase office equipment such as printers and scanners; manage office supplies, IT support and catering needs; manage filing system, implement administration procedures;

maintain the first aid kit, organize any warden training; organize company events. 

Requirements:

Secondary school graduate.  Must be efficient with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the corporate world, administration experience and support staff role and be able to work independently with minimum supervision. Able to take initiative and possess analytical thinking.  Pleasant personality. Hardworking with the capacity to work late. Punctual and well organized.

Compensation

Salary: $45,000.00/Annually

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
