Our client is actively seeking a Production Supervisor for their mine in Ontario, Canada.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving operation productivity, quality, safety, and labour relations in a production capacity in a mining environment.
The candidate will be adept at identifying and resolving problems, prioritizing and planning work activities, inspiring and motivating others to perform well and communicating with all levels of the organization.
Applicants must have a minimum of Grade 12 or the equivalent and 5 years supervisory experience in mining or heavy equipment construction environment.
