Presley Consulting is currently working on behalf a good client, a reputable coal mining company that is looking for Quality Control Manager to be placed in Vietnam.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from Reputable University in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience working in Coal Mining Company.
• Willing to be stationed in Vietnam.
• Fluent in English, both Oral and Written, is a must
• Good knowledge of both Theoretical and Practical aspects of Coal Stockpile management.
• Advance in the procedure and standard for extraction of samples and analysis of coal
• Ability in analyzing coal in laboratorium
• Must have leadership skill, interpersonal skill, and Positive Attitude

Responsibilities:

• Managing for Product quality assurances, Coal Stockpile management and customer satisfaction
• Managing the Quality Standards of the Company in relation to the responsibility above
• Responsible for the Preparation and Budgeting of Resources needed and Allocation of Human Resource within the Department.
• Ensure the Competency and Accuracy of Lab Quality Results related to the analysis of Coal samples to support the operations and as base for construction of Coal Stock Report.
• Report to GM Operation in regular basis and at anytime required to produce a highly accurate Coal Stock Report
• Manage and ensure that all the Lab Equipments are functioning perfectly and produce accurate data.
• Engage in Coal Analysis at Various Stages of the Production Processes.
• Ability to manage the quality, quantity and specifications of Coal products as per the Production and Export Target of the Company.
• Responsible for Investigating Quality and Quantity issues related to Customer Complaints.
• Responsible of the subordinates for Training, Motivating and Improvement the Knowledge and Skills
