An exciting opportunity exists in Burkina Faso for a Resource Geologist.
Minimum Requirements
• Undergraduate Degree in Geology
• 5-10 years of mining related experience as an operator and / or consultant
• Geological and resource modeling experience
• Eligible for registration as a professional geoscientist in Ontario and meet the requirements of a “Qualified Person” as defined under NI-43-101
• In depth understanding of gold open pit mining processes a definite asset
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, organizational, technical and analytical skills
• Previous work experience using various modeling software such as Vulcan, Gemcom, and Datamine
