An International Consultancy Group, based in the UK, is seeking a Senior Mining Engineer to join a team of experts to work on multi-disciplinary projects. The ideal candidate will have both technical and planning experience, in underground and open pit hard rock mining, with a background in operational and technical roles. A well known industry individual with excellent contacts within the sector would be welcomed. Other requirements include: problem solving skills; strong client and team focus; good report writing skills and computer software knowledge. Prospective candidates will have a Mining Engineering degree with experience in multiple minerals. Proficiency in mine planning software packages and previous consulting experience is an advantage. Some international travel will be necessary to visit client sites and projects. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
