Rubicon Minerals Corporation is a well‐funded, advanced‐stage gold development company. The Company is focused on responsible and environmentally sustainable development of its Phoenix Gold Project in Red Lake, Ontario.

Rubicon is currently seeking an Experienced Underground Surveyor to join our team at the Phoenix Gold Project.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:  

Academic Requirements and Experience:

• A Technical College Diploma in Surveying or Mining 
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in underground mines.   

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• A thorough background in underground development and construction surveying, (including shaft installations)  
• Experience supervising and directing a small team of personnel in a mine start‐up environment would be advantageous.  
• Experience with current surveying equipment and mining software.
• Exemplary organization skills that enable the candidate to plan required work, while minimizing the impact on production, development and construction activities.
• Promote and exemplify teamwork at all levels.
