Vocational Training Centre Director (Health, Safety & Training)

For our client – an international mining operator in Africa – we are looking for:
Vocational Training Centre Director
You will be responsible for setting up the Training Centre with a focus on trades trading – establishing the curriculum, training materials and training process. You will provide support to the government policy and manage the internal / external stakeholders, local communities and government ministries.
You will also manage the budget and board reporting
The successful candidate would have previously ran Vocational Training Centre and had exposure to MERSETA.
Ideally you would also demonstrate experience in trades training with the industrial focus.
